Itâ€™s been just over a year since I started my current job at some corporation in Milwaukee. Our team makes a lot of online training courses (or CBTs, in the parlance of our times). We donâ€™t really have the budget for user research and testing. We only hear about what works and what doesnâ€™t after the course publishes. But even that feedback is essential to improving future courses. The first course I made looks like diarrhea compared to courses Iâ€™m making today. Heck, even the latest course is terrible compared to whatever course Iâ€™m doing now.
